Phantom Blade Zero walkthrough route
The main route through Phantom Blade Zero, milestone by milestone. It is built from the 13 official story achievements and the bosses whose clear rates fall between them, so it shows the order Steam players actually move through the game.

Before you start
- The world is semi-open. Areas connect without loading screens, and some stay locked until a weapon opens the way. Expect to come back to earlier zones.Press
- Upgrades open after about an hour. You meet the blacksmith Forge at an Outpost Bell in Weeping Creek Valley. After that, any Bell lets you upgrade.Press See Upgrades.
- Mind the True Ending deadline. The True Ending checklist must be finished before a “last chance” warning near the finale.Press Read Endings before Mirage Estate.

Is Phantom Blade Zero open world?

Several guides place the blacksmith, Forge, in Weeping Creek Valley, about an hour into the story. After you meet her, you can upgrade at any Bell.
