How this list is ordered
Steam publishes the percentage of all players who own a game and have unlocked each achievement. Every main boss has its own "Defeat …" achievement, so these rates show how many players have beaten each boss. We sort by that rate. Story bosses come out in roughly the order you meet them, because each one loses some players to the next.Official
- It is a proxy, not a map. Optional bosses rank lower than their place on the route because many players skip them. Read the ranks as "how many players have done this", not as a strict chapter order.
- It is live. Numbers were last refreshed on November 2, 2026, four days after launch. Late bosses will climb as players finish the game.
- Group fights stay together. Some achievements cover several foes at once, so they share one row and one percentage.

Rematches, finale and hidden bosses
- You Loong, Blackwater Crew Leader has a separate achievement for defeating him twice (“Turning the Tide”, 8.9%).Official
- The finale is marked by “All Dreams Must End” (“All Schemes Come to Nothing”, 3.0%). We do not name the final opponent, to avoid spoilers.
